Kier Property has sold its Logistics City scheme in Whiteley, Hampshire for £10.52m to an undisclosed purchaser.
The scheme which is located close to Junction 9 of the M27 was developed under the Logistics City brand by Kier Property, and is fully let to Mairon Freight Management, Trimline and Artico Interiors.
Leigh Thomas, group managing director for Kier Property, commented: “We developed this scheme in Whiteley as we identified a need for sustainable industrial and logistics space within the south coast market.
“The building attracted these occupiers due to its highly sustainable offering and EPC Rating A. This sale is part of our strategic plan to reinvest capital in further industrial and logistics development opportunities throughout the UK.”
Kier Property has delivered more than 6m sq ft of industrial space across the UK, with further industrial schemes in Andover, Bracknell, Bognor Regis, Manchester, Milton Keynes and St Albans.
