Global real estate advisor CBRE has appointed Richard Howell as a Senior Director in its Capital Markets team, as well as Lee Halmshaw as a Director in its Rating division, as part of its latest recruitment drive.
Richard Howell joins from Avison Young, where he set up the firm’s Bristol investment team. In his role based at CBRE’s Bristol office, he will cover the South West and South Wales investment markets, working with sector team leads.
Lee Halmshaw also joins CBRE from Avison Young, where he built his career over the past 19 years. He will further drive CBRE’s Rating offering across the region.
Further new starters include two new Building Consultancy hires. Stephen Golding who will join as Associate Director, and Lauren Sporle as Assistant Surveyor. Furthermore, Sophie Haslum joins as Associate Director in the Development team, while Fraser Mitchell and Alistair Norman join as Senior Surveyors in the firm’s Property Management team.
