A heavy industrial unit with offices and parking in North Wales has sold in a deal worth £700,000.

Coventry-based Bromwich Hardy founding partner Tom Bromwich has successfully concluded the sale of 14 Aber Road, Flint to a Birkenhead-based engineering company.

Tom, who was acting for a private investor, said the deal showed that the industrial sector remained strong – and demonstrated Bromwich Hardy’s growing influence away from its Midlands heartland.

“This unit is a proper industrial base in an area with a long-established industrial strength, so we were not surprised at the level of interest it attracted.

“Industrial business owners are looking for sites which solve problems and meet all their needs, and Aber Road certainly does that.

“It has significant infrastructure in place, with a high-power supply, onsite substation and ample parking, and runs to more than 17,000 sq ft in total.”

Tom said the unit had been snapped up by Pressure Part Engineering.

“From a Bromwich Hardy point of view, we are delighted to have again demonstrated that we now work right across the country and to have wrapped up this deal so successfully and in such good time. We wish Pressure Part Engineering every success in their new home.”

Bromwich Hardy worked with local agent Alex Perratt of B8 Real Estate on the deal.
