Broadway Developments Yaxley Ltd, advised jointly by Savills and Eddisons, has agreed the sale of two build to suit industrial units at Enterprise Park in Yaxley to BSW Window Solutions.
The first unit has completed and the leading window supplier has taken occupation. It provides approximately 13,300 sq ft of industrial space with bespoke offices and its own gated yard. The second unit of 10,204 sq ft is currently under construction, due for completion shortly, will provide further expansion space for BSW.
Enterprise Park is an industrial scheme with 46 newly built units ranging in size between 1,225 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft. The park also offers the opportunity for bespoke units to be constructed on a prominent plot fronting Broadway. Over 100,000 sq ft has been constructed or in solicitors hands at the park with further units due to be constructed next year to meet ongoing demand. There have been a number of new leases at the estate including APG Home Improvements, Next Level Fibre Optics, Cromwell Tools, and Anglian Lifts.
The site occupies a prominent location off Broadway providing easy access to the A1(M) and Peterborough’s parkway dual carriageway road system. The surrounding area comprises Eagle Business Park and nearby occupiers include Screwfix, Junction 17 Cars and Howdens.
