Savills has expanded its technical due diligence (TDD) team, part of building & project consultancy, with the appointment of Hannah Halli who joins as a director at the firm’s Margaret Street head office in London.
Hannah has more than 10 years’ experience in the property sector specialising in development monitoring. During this time she has worked on a variety of schemes with development loans of up to £150m across core asset sectors, including residential, offices and hotels. Hannah joins Savills from CBRE building consultancy where she provided development project monitoring advice to institutional banks and lenders such as Wells Fargo, HSBC, and Cheyne Capital.
At Savills, Hannah will work alongside director Emma Anderson focusing on development monitoring as part of the TDD team.
