Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has bolstered its newly opened Plymouth office with the appointment of Heather Branson, who joins the firm as senior surveyor.
Heather, who previously worked as head of asset management at Burrington Estates, will be working alongside head of office Ashleigh Phillips and partner Ian Le Grice to grow Sanderson Weatherall’s South West offering.
Ashleigh Phillips, head of Sanderson Weatherall Plymouth said, “We are delighted to welcome Heather to our team. Heather is a talented and energetic surveyor with nine years’ experience in the region’s property industry. She will be an important team member in helping us to service our existing clients, as well as deliver our growth plans.”
Commenting on her appointment, Heather added, “Sanderson Weatherall is a leading SME in the UK’s property industry, and I am excited to be a part of its expansion into the South West. Both Ashleigh and Ian have excellent reputations in the local market and I’m thrilled to be joining them on this new venture.”
Sanderson Weatherall announced the opening of its Plymouth office last month, after acquiring the office from Bruton Knowles.
