Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has acquired the Bruton Knowles Plymouth office to further strengthen its service offering across the South West.
The acquisition sees Ashleigh Phillips join Sanderson Weatherall as Partner and head of office, alongside long standing colleague Ian Le Grice who also joins as Partner.
David Rastrick, Chief Operating Officer at Sanderson Weatherall said, “This is a strategic acquisition for the firm, allowing us to expand our South West client base further and deliver a full service offering across the region between our teams in the new Plymouth office and established Bristol office.

Sanderson Weatherall is a privately owned property firm with eight offices across the UK, providing a full range of consultancy services including agency, building consultancy, business rates, lease consultancy, property management and valuation.
