Midlands-based property investor, Colmore Capital, has bolstered its operations with the appointment of Pav Biran.
Pav joins Colmore Capital as an Investment Analyst, bringing strong local knowledge of the city and surrounding areas having grown up in Birmingham.
In his role, Pav will be responsible for the analysis and modelling of new commercial real estate acquisition opportunities, as well as developing and delivering plans for Colmore Capital’s existing portfolio.
Established in 2016, Colmore Capital is a regional cross-sector real estate investor and developer based in central Birmingham, with over £150m of assets under management. It delivers risk-adjusted returns across a diverse portfolio via its tailored investment methodology, working with a range of well-funded investment partners.
In his previous role, Pav worked at international advisory firm BDO LLP, specialising in the audit of Not-For-Profit Housing Groups. Prior to this, he gained analytical skills whilst studying an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and later obtained an MSc in Investment Analysis from Aston University.
Speaking of his new role, Pav said: “I’m pleased to have joined the Colmore Capital team and, having not come from a real estate background, it gives me the opportunity to build my experience in a sector that I’ve always had an interest in. I’m looking forward to applying my knowledge and experience from other areas in my new role.
