Following the completion of a recent sale of a block secondary shops in Plymouth’s west end to Plymouth City Council, Monk & Partners have now also agreed to let the vacant units within the block.
Plymouth Vineyard have taken a lease on the former Bon Marche unit at 93/95 New George Street, whilst Mega Shakes, formerly located in the Pannier Market have taken a lease on 13 Raleigh St. The last vacant unit, 15 Raleigh Street is also under offer rendering the block fully let. The lettings have all been agreed on a short term basis in anticipation of the future redevelopment of the block as part of the Colin Campbell Court Scheme behind.
John Slade remarked “ we have received a large number of enquiries for these units and it is good to see the vacant units occupied again which will no doubt improve the footfall and increase the prosperity of this end of the city centre alongside the redevelopment proposals afoot.
The former KFC also remains available to let through agent Monk & Partners on a longer term lease basis as it is not affected by the development proposals.
