Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors, along with joint agents OMEETO, have completed a triple deal to let three brand new warehouse units at Wheatley’s Business Park in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
The deal for three units on Lowmoor Road was brokered by NG Associate Director Charlotte Steggles and Chris Wright of OMEETO.

Wheatleys Business Park is located off Lowmoor Road approximately 1 mile north of Kirkby-in-Ashfield town centre. The location affords easy access to the A38 trunk road, which in turn leads to Junction 28 of the M1 motorway.
The estate is popular with a wide variety of different businesses, with occupiers ranging from small workshop units through to large manufacturing premises.
