Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has expanded with a brace of new hires to its award-winning south coast agency team.
George Cook joins the industrial & logistics team with more than eight years’ experience in the South coast market. He joins from Primmer Olds BAS, leading the Hampshire agency team covering the local market advising clients including, Petchey, Praxis, London and Cambridge, Evolve Estates, Frobisher Developments Limited and various local authorities such as New Forrest District Council, Southampton City Council and Eastleigh Borough Council.
Gina Hannigan joins bolster support services across the office and industrial & logistics teams. She joins from an established career in residential lettings at Countrywide, where she was a regional branch manager.

LSH is one of the south coast’s most active agents, having been responsible for some 1.4m sq ft of transactions for each of the past two years.
