Robert Hitchins Investment Properties Ltd has completed the purchase of its second office building in prestigious Queen Square, Bristol.
The Grade II Listed Georgian building at 10 Queen Square provides 17,470 sq ft of prime office space in a highly sought-after location in the heart of the city.
Simon Tothill, Property & Development Director for Robert Hitchins Ltd, was delighted to add the building to RHIP’s growing Bristol portfolio. This latest purchase is its seventh in Bristol, having acquired 31-32 Queen Square in December 2022.
“10 Queen Square is in a prime location and is a really good fit for us,” he said.
“The property is fully let to an impressive array of tenants and offers prime modern office space in Bristol’s historical centre. RHIP worked well with the vendors to complete the acquisition within a tight time frame and we now look forward to working closely with the tenants and to enhancing the building and its facilities.”
Set behind a period façade, the property extends over six floors and comprises modern, open-plan office space. There is on-site parking in a secure underground car park and a new air conditioning system has just been installed throughout.
Simon Tothill added: “We continue to invest in Bristol, the greater South West and South Wales, seeking the right opportunities with potential to add value. We are proud of our reputation for the way in which we work closely with our occupier customers to build and maintain good relationships and provide the right space that allows them to prosper, whilst improving our net asset values.”
RHIP was represented by Knight Frank and solicitors Foot Anstey.
