Summerfield Commercial has completed the acquisition of Units 5-8 Curlew Trade Park, a multi-let trade counter estate in Truro.
Located 3 miles to the west of Truro’s city centre and Cornwall’s capital, the freehold estate comprises four units totalling approximately 17,500 sq ft. The units are currently all let, the majority of which are to national occupiers including Euro Car Parts and Johnsons Workwear.
Threemilestone Industrial Estate is one of Truro’s most prominent and established estates which benefits from direct access to the A390 connecting to the A30. The estate is located in close proximity to Truro Railway Station and Newquay Airport.
