Savills, on behalf of Millington Estates Ltd, has let the last remaining warehouse units on Honeypot Lane in Colsterworth, Lincolnshire to Staystrong Transport Services Ltd.
The cargo and freight handling company has agreed to a new three-year lease for Units 9 and 10, which together totals 12,920 sq ft. Following this latest deal the scheme is now fully let.
William Rose, director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, comments: “Honeypot Lane provides good quality warehouse space in a well-established commercial location with good access to the wider motorway network via the A1, making it the ideal place for Staystrong Transport Services to continue its regional expansion. Given the high demand for these types of units and the comparatively lower rents to other prime industrial centres, it comes as no surprise that the scheme is now fully let.”
