Leading global property advisor Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Julian Watts as an Associate within its Bristol Office Agency team.
Watts joins Knight Frank from the London City Office Leasing team of Avison Young, where he spent more than six years advising landlords on office development schemes, as well as occupiers across a range of sectors.
In his new role, Watts will work closely with the existing team, Andy Smith and Polly Smart, assisting landlords in the development and marketing of new office schemes and overseeing leasing activity from inception to completion. His appointment also expands the team’s tenant representation capabilities.
