Anatomy London Property Consultants is a new consultancy firm, providing bespoke client-focused commercial and mixed-use property services throughout London.
The company is led by co-founders Phil Bouette and Valerie Sullings, who collectively bring over 30 years of experience. Phil was most recently senior asset and property manager at The Estate Office Shoreditch – one of East London’s largest private commercial landlords, with Valerie most recently a property manager at the same firm, with previous management experience at real estate investment trust Workspace Group PLC.
Working with landlords, developers and investors, Anatomy London Property Consultants offer a full range of services including asset management, property management and commercial agency, all with a focus on maximising value and minimising risk. The firm has particular knowledge of the City fringe, midtown and East London property markets.
