Flude Property Consultants (FPC) were instructed jointly with Montagu Evans by Wynnstay Properties PLC and Aitchison Developments to market Phase 2 at Parkers Trade Park in Petersfield.
The property comprises a brand-new terrace of three trade counter units which have been built to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard. The three units total around 13,000 sq ft of space.
FPC have now announced that the last unit has been let to Easy Bathrooms & Tiles, a bathroom supplier with showrooms nationwide, on a new lease for a term of 10 years. This letting follows pre-lets to both Screwfix and Toolstation which were agreed last year.
FPC director, Sebastian Martin, commented, “We are delighted to have assisted with this development and lettings. We were able to let the last unit just after practical completion ensuing there was no void for the client”.
