Candour has announced the appointment of Andrew Hynard as Chairman.
With over 40 years’ experience Andrew was previously Chief Executive of The Howard de Walden Estate, and prior to that Deputy Chairman of JLL’s UK business. A former Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, he has spent the majority of his career in capital markets and leadership positions.
Andrew will lead the advisory board on strategy, and drive Candour’s growth with new institutional capital partnerships and challenge the customer offer with ESG at the forefront.

Whilst at Candour, Andrew will also maintain his ongoing positions as Chairman at both Clipstone Investment Management, a real estate investment management firm specialising in multi-let industrial investments in London and the South East, and Taurus Developments, developer of logistic properties. He will also continue his role as Senior Advisor at Love Ventures, a venture capital firm which invests in early-stage companies, including PropTech businesses.
