Trebor Developments LLP has submitted a detailed planning application for a 126,689 sq ft (11,769 sq m) industrial and logistics unit at Lightning Park, Huntingdon. The site already has detailed consent for a 32,200 sq ft (2,991 sq m) unit. The scheme is being jointly marketed by Savills and Bidwells.
Both units will be developed on a speculative basis and will be on site in Summer 2022 targeting practical completion in Q2 2023, subject to planning.
Lightning Park comprises 10 acres (4 hectares) of commercial development land that Trebor acquired from St John’s College in 2021.

The units will also be built to reflect businesses ongoing flight to quality and will include a BREEAM “Very Good“ rating and benefit from roof PV panels and EV charging points, all situated within a lakeside setting.“
