Leading commercial property firm Hartnell Taylor Cook has boosted its London and Bristol offices with the addition of seven new starters.
Richard Stone, who became chartered earlier this year, joins the firm’s growing building consultancy team in London having spent the last eight years at London-based building consultants EC Harris.
Jon Edwards has joined the firm’s management team as senior facilities management surveyor. Jon will work across both the Bristol and London offices assisting their management surveyors maintaining and advising on all technical mechanical and electrical issues.
Jon joins Hartnell Taylor Cook from EMCOR Group (UK) Plc having previously worked at Savills and Erinaceous Group.
Amy Bracey and Rachael Woodhouse join the management team based in the Bristol office which oversees all the Co-op’s non-operational properties throughout the South West – one of the region’s largest managed property portfolios.
Former Clifton College student Amy, a qualified building surveyor now training as a general practice surveyor, previously worked for a private property owner managing a portfolio of 20 properties.
Former England polo player Rachael started her career in Bristol as a graduate surveyor with Lambert Smith Hampton, and joins Hartnell Taylor Cook’s management department from London-based Criterion Capital having spent the last five years as a general practice surveyor.
Katie Bohin, a graduate of the University of the West of England, also joins Hartnell Taylor Cook’s growing management team as graduate surveyor. Katie has five years’ commercial property experience working for Knight Frank, Savills and most recently BNP Paribas.
University of the West of England student Nicholas Judd, currently training to be a surveyor, is working with the firm’s investment team and Adam Tyler has joined the retail agency team as a trainee surveyor, both based in Bristol.
