A leading Birmingham property consultancy has welcomed an office property specialist with more than 25 years’ experience of working across the Midlands and beyond, to assist clients navigate the changing market.
Charles Warrack has joined Fisher German’s Birmingham office as an Associate Director.
Charles specialises in the sale, letting and acquisition of offices, and has worked at some of the UK’s leading property consultancies, acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including property companies, financial institutions, pension funds, local authorities and private high net worth investors.
He joins Fisher German’s commercial agency department, further strengthening the team’s knowledge and expertise.
While he will be working across the whole of the department, Charles will continue to specialise in office property, supporting both landlords and tenants to navigate the dynamics of the current office market, which now offers a range of exciting opportunities, as organisations begin to deal with hybrid/agile working.
