Rob Whatmuff has been named Head of Colliers’ Leeds office. Whatmuff, who is lead director in Colliers’ Industrial & Logistics northern team, will continue in his advisory role to clients across the region, whilst taking on the additional responsibility of leading the firm’s 54-strong Leeds office.
Rob joined from his previous role as Head of Office at Lambert Smith Hampton in 2015 and during his time with Colliers has been extremely active across the Yorkshire and North East industrial market, providing strategic acquisition, disposal and development advice to a range of occupier, landlord and developer clients, including; Lidl, Dixon Carphone, Jaguar Land Rover, Verdion, Tritax Symmetry, Peel Group, Glentrool Estates Group and Highgrove plc, to name just a few.
Rob is one of the principle advisors to Verdion at iPort Doncaster, Yorkshire’s high profile 6m sq ft logistics development, where in 2016 he advised Lidl on their high profile acquisition of 35 acres of land at iPort to house a 685,000 sq ft Regional Distribution Centre.

Rob will commence his leadership role on 1st December 2021.
