Savills has expanded its national office agency team with the appointment of Mark Taylor who joins as head of business space at the firm’s Cambridge office. This will strengthen and build on the already successful team that includes William Clarke, Phil Ridoutt and Rupert Dando.
Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate sector, working with both North American corporations and UK landlords as a specialist in occupational office markets. He joins Savills from Colliers where he led the South East office agency team,
Mark’s corporate occupier experience has seen him work with firms such as Orange, Siemens, Skanska, Amazon and CRUK. Whilst on the landlord side, key clients include Aviva, L&G, Blackrock and Orchard Street.
At Savills, Mark will lead the eight strong business space team in Cambridge. His recruitment follows the recent return of Robert Godfrey who, working alongside London teams, is focused on providing strategic investment advisory services to key clients located in the Oxford and Cambridge geographies.
