Business growth specialists ActionCOACH Stroud have moved into Bond’s Mill at Stonehouse after increasing the size of their team.
The business estate is owned by developer and investor Robert Hitchins Ltd which has recently expanded the facilities to include new shower rooms and more bike storage.
Founder and Senior Growth Specialist at ActionCOACH Stroud, Tom Allchurch, said: “Our decision to move to Bond’s Mill was largely based on the excellent transport links and stunning views.
“As a business which helps business owners, it was important that we chose premises which are representative of what we stand for with facilities that our clients would appreciate – like separate meeting rooms, parking facilities and internal networking opportunities.”
The organisation offers clients bespoke coaching which help businesses to grow sales, motivate their teams and improve time management.
“We expect to continue growing,” said Tom. “Bond’s Mill allows us to seek alternative office solutions without having to relocate entirely. Even if we double the team tomorrow, there are options for larger spaces.”
Helen Hawke from Robert Hitchins Ltd welcomed ActionCOACH to Bond’s Mill. “Both ActionCOACH and Robert Hitchins have the same ethos of assisting businesses and their staff to thrive in an environment conducive to mental and physical health,” she said.
She added that further facilities are in the pipeline at Bond’s Mill, including a communal eating and social club area, formal meeting room and quiet room with booking options for self-catering events inlcuding mini-conferences. There are also plans for a therapy room to hire by personal trainers, beauticians and physiotherapists.
Bond’s Mill, a mile from J13 of the M5 on the A419, sits alongside the Stroudwater Canal and River Frome. It accommodates up to 50 companies in its refurbished Victorian mill buildings with premises ranging from 100 to 15,000 sq ft. Both start-ups and established companies such as UK Power Solutions, Omega/Staffline and RSK Biocensus have expanded there.
