A succession of property deals at a Nottingham serviced office centre have seen several SMEs expand.
On behalf of a landlord Radford Holdings, Ellis Cullen at NG Chartered Surveyors has completed three deals at the Kestrel Business Centre on the Colwick Industrial Estate.
Such has been NG’s success that just one suite now remains at the popular location, just outside of Nottingham city centre.
One company which has recently moved into the Kestrel Business Centre in Triant UK, an online jewellery business specialising in custom, handmade pieces.
Joanne Thompson-Clark of Triant UK said: “We have been trading for two years, working from home, but the business was taking over the house so moving into the office is allowing us to expand our product range and the business.
“All of the staff at NG have been very helpful and made the move into the office very smooth.”
Ellis added: “These deals are incredibly satisfying as we’re seeing businesses take their first steps towards growth, meaning our landlord client can rely on quality tenants.
“Kestrel Business Park benefits from unlimited parking, has free conferencing facilities and has 24/7 access. I’d urge any interested parties to get in touch regarding the last remaining suite asap.”
Joe Muddiman from Radford Holdings said: “We have a long working relationship with NG and once again they’ve delivered us with some quality clients. These deals go to show that the market for quality office space is alive and kicking in Nottingham, and we wish all our new tenants the very best in their new homes.”
