Focus has been awarded a position on a major national framework to supply consultancy services for the third consecutive time, making this the sixth procurement framework that Focus is currently appointed on.
The Lots covered under the ESPO Framework 664_21 include:
Lot 7 Leisure, Culture and Tourism
Lot 8a Asset Management and Delivery
Lot 8b Environmental and Sustainability
Lot 8c Facilities Management
Lot 8e Housing and Housing Support
Lot 8g Regeneration and Regional Development
Lot 9a Community Research and Engagement
The position on the ESPO 664_21 framework runs until 19th July 2023. The Framework will be established for an initial period of two years with an option to extend for a further period or periods up to a total of two years, taking the contract term to a maximum of four years.
The framework meets procurement legislations and makes it easy for public sector organisations to source pre-assessed suppliers for their projects, safe in the knowledge that suppliers meet the financial, technical and professional standards required as well as adhering to ESPO’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
“We’re delighted to be reappointed on this framework,” said Focus partner Jason Redfearn. “Being a multi-disciplinary firm, we have wide range of expertise to offer both the private and public sector and look forward to the new opportunities it will bring.”
Focus is a multi-disciplinary company offering a range of services across different sectors, with offices in London, Nottingham and Leicester. Focus divides its services into three sections – Create, Deliver and Assess – and offers funding, business planning and economic development through the Create division, and quantity surveying, project management and building surveying through the Deliver department. The firm’s Assess team advises on sustainable buildings, building physics, compliance and planning, and on-site testing.
ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation), based in Leicestershire, is a public sector owned organisation committed to helping customers achieve the best results by practice in procurement, sourcing, supply chain partner support and management and contract management. The 664_21 Framework is fully compliant with procurement legislation, where all providers listed are assessed prior to being accepted onto the framework.
