Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 101 Station Road, Taunton, Somerset. The lock up shop premises was available at a rent of £6,500 per annum. The property had take away use with main road frontage onto Station Road.
The retail unit extended to approximately 33.36 sq m (359 sq ft) of ground floor retail space.
