Winchester-based Gentian Developments who have investments across the UK, has successfully completed the purchase of a prominent retail unit at 46 High Street, Winchester. The entire 3,567 sq ft building is currently occupied by popular clothing brand Seasalt Cornwall. This lease runs until 2029.
Gentian purchased the grade II listed property for £1.625m as part of their ongoing investment in Winchester’s retail offering.
