Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Sanderson Weatherall have recently strengthened their Newcastle team with appointments in their valuation and rating teams and a promotion within their market leading agency team.
The firm have recently announced Mark Convery’s promotion to associate partner. Mark joined Sanderson Weatherall as a trainee surveyor in 2011 and over the past ten years has worked his way up, gaining experience in the valuation, rating and agency teams along the way, becoming one of the leading retail and leisure agents in the region.
Sara Lightfoot joins the North East valuation team as a surveyor, having previously gained experience at an international property consultancy. Sara’s focus will be on supporting the growth of the valuation team that have recently completed several student housing and large residential portfolio valuations, together with housing viability and development appraisals across Tyne & Wear, Northumberland and County Durham.
Also joining the Newcastle office is trainee surveyor, Joseph Smith. Joseph will work within their specialist rating and regeneration team for the next 12 months, gaining experience towards his Real Estate degree from Northumbria University, having previously completed an undergraduate Geography degree.
