PIN Property has instructed JLL and Cushman & Wakefield to act as joint letting agents to market Allday House in Birchwood Park, near Warrington, offering large floor plates from 25,000 to 50,000 sq ft.
PIN is undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of the building embracing sustainability including electric vehicle charging points, electric scooters and a green feature wall in the main entrance lobby.
Phil Meakin of PIN Property, commented: ‘’We are looking at a significant investment in the building to create best in class office space providing large floor plates and excellent on-site car parking. Despite the pandemic, the Birchwood office market has remained fairly robust and we will shortly be announcing some new letting activity in our Birchwood portfolio.’’
Richard Wharton, office agency director at JLL, added: ”The Birchwood office market has remained active throughout 2020 and into Q1 2021, despite the ongoing Covid-19 situation, with recent deals including BT’s acquisition of Stamford House, the largest out of town office letting in the North West in 2020. This demonstrates confidence in the office market, and this location in particular, and we anticipate the attraction of Birchwood’s extensive amenity and motorway access together with the upgrade and refurbishment at Allday House will prove an attractive proposition to businesses looking to manage their return to the office strategy.”
