MiddleCap, the real estate focused investment group, has implemented global tenant engagement platform OfficeApp at its 70,000 sq ft Southworks office scheme on Rushworth Street, London.
The industry’s most advanced engagement platform for office professionals, OfficeApp will introduce its smartphone app at Southworks, providing the building’s tenants with seamless access to a variety of services and amenities at the touch of a button. Users will have access to features including on-demand desk and room booking, F&B ordering, community engagement, and issues reporting and communications, creating an unrivalled tenant experience at the building.
With occupier wellbeing absolutely critical to ensure a COVID-safe environment, OfficeApp’s platform will also be integrated with other smart building systems at Southworks. The app will provide touchless building access, live occupancy, inside and outside environmental and air quality information, and contactless temperature and lighting controls. The platform will be also integrated with Southworks’ visitor management system, alerting tenants when visitors register at reception or issuing distance QR code access passes.
OfficeApp’s tenant analytics feature will also gather and collate invaluable data through the app, providing MiddleCap with vital insight into tenant behaviour and building operations to help drive more efficient and effective asset management.
