Hortons’ Estate Ltd has concluded a deal with one of the UK’s largest providers of IVF on a ten-year lease extension at Interchange 25 Business Park.
The independent property company has reached agreement with The Fertility Partnership for an existing 15,500 sq ft facility on Bostocks Lane, Nottingham.
The building will continue to be occupied by Nurture Fertility, one of eight UK clinics that are part of The Fertility Partnership.
Interchange 25 Business Park is home to several high-profile occupiers including Air IT, Inspired Gaming Group and Arthur McKay, part of the Atalian Servest Group.
The latest deal leaves just one available unit vacant. Unit 2 comprises 5,424 sq ft of refurbished office space over two floors with adequate parking.
Jeremy Boothroyd, management surveyor at Hortons’, said: “We are thrilled that Nurture Fertility has chosen to make a long-term commitment to Interchange 25 Business Park. We have developed a close relationship with the organisation, whose sustained hard work continues to bring joy to many families. Nurture Fertility’s continued presence at Interchange 25 will allow it to service clients based throughout the region.”
Mark Tomlinson, director at property consultancy, FHP, who is marketing the last available property at Interchange 25 Business Park, said: “Unit 2 has only recently been vacated by the previous occupiers and refurbishment works are due to be completed shortly. The business park has always let well, given the specification of the accommodation and its fantastic location. I expect this remaining unit to be a good solution for companies who are looking to change their office strategy in 2021 and seeking an easily accessible self-contained office with plenty of car parking conducive with more flexible working going forwards.”
Interchange 25 Business Park is ideally located off Junction 25 of the M1 motorway, lying just seven miles from the centre of Nottingham and Derby.
