Colliers International Occupier Services EMEA has launched a new service solution for clients with real estate requirements in challenging and frontier geographies across Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia. The new Complex and Emerging Markets Solutions (CEMS) service line will deliver comprehensive end-to-end real estate solutions in a shared economy platform model. Under this model, Colliers CEMS acts as the independent procurement and performance integrator, leveraging a combination of Colliers’ in-country teams and best-in-class local partners.
“We have structured a uniquely compelling service and value proposition through CEMS, offering our clients a customised, responsive, risk mitigated, full service real estate delivery solution and an industry leading governance model, across some of the most complex geographies in the world,” said Andrew Hallissey, Executive Managing Director, Occupier Services EMEA. “Colliers CEMS leverages our unique market position and insight in these geographies, enabling us to engineer a customised local solution and bespoke in-country resource model for each client’s requirement on a truly independent basis.”
Filip Rerko has been appointed as Head of CEMS. Filip originally started his career at Colliers in the Czech Republic before going on to hold a range of real estate leadership roles with Honeywell and Garrett Motion. He returned to Colliers in 2019, where he has managed some of Colliers’ largest corporate clients within the EMEA Occupier Services team.
Filip added: “The launch of our new CEMS service proposition is driven by the growing demand of our global corporate clients to deliver robust real estate solutions in a transparent, risk mitigated, technology enabled, value oriented and localised way. I look forward to assisting our clients to navigate these complex geographies over the years ahead and supporting them through the delivery of exceptional real estate performance outcomes for their businesses.”
