JLL has secured two lettings totaling over 50,000 sq ft at Boston Park in Haydock on behalf of last mile logistics real estate company, Mileway.
The first, a unit over 28,500 sq ft, has been taken by a furniture retailer and the second, a 25,000 sq ft unit will be occupied by Premier Paper, one of the UK’s leading paper suppliers. Both have signed 10 year leases.
Robert Kos, an associate in the Industrial & Logistics team, JLL said: “With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic the industrial & logistics sector has performed well throughout. This duo of lettings confirms the continued strong demand for warehouses in prime locations.”
JLL and B8RE were joint agents.
