Commercial property agent Knight Frank continues its successful undergraduate work placement scheme with the appointment of Kitty Hendrick.
Kitty joins the Knight Frank team as part of her degree in Real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University.
She will work with the award-winning office and industrial agency teams at the Sheffield office for the next year, this experience with help towards her professional RICS qualifications post degree.
Kitty said: “I am looking forward to working at Knight Frank so I can put what I have studied over the past two years at university into practice, build my confidence and skills to become a well rounded property professional.
“I am particularly looking forward to building rapport with clients and going out on site undertaking inspections and viewings. This will give me the confidence and communication skills that I need to succeed in my final year of university and also to secure an excellent graduate job. I believe my experience at Knight Frank will be extremely useful in helping me to better understand the industry and will help with my training for my professional qualifications”.
Peter Whiteley, Partner and office head at Knight Frank in Sheffield, added: “We are delighted to welcome Kitty to our busy Sheffield Office. As a business, we look to support the undergraduate work placement scheme, to invest in talent and our future property professionals. Kitty will be working alongside our established Commercial Agency Department and will contribute to both support and to help develop new initiatives for both our business and clients.”
Former placement student John Jarman joined the Sheffield office full time after completing a year in industry at Knight Frank during his degree at Sheffield Hallam University.
