Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 20 High Street, Taunton which was available at a quoting rent of £12,000 per annum. The retail premises were fitted out as office accommodation and extended to approximately 77 sq m (828 sq ft) with kitchenette and cloakroom. The property also had parking to the rear.
