Aberdeen UK Property Fund, advised jointly by Savills and Richardson’s, has let Units 19B and 19C at Axis Park on Manasty Road in Orton Southgate, Peterborough to JPB Signs Ltd and Automation Robotic Technology Ltd.
JPB Signs Ltd, the vehicle personalisation business, has agreed to a new five-year lease for 2,876 sq ft (267 sq m) and will occupy Unit 19B. Subsequently, Automation and Robotic Technology Ltd, the robotics systems manufacturer, has also agreed to a new five-year lease for warehouse space in Unit 19C totalling 2,872 sq ft (266 sq m).
This latest flurry of activity follows recent deals to CDD Automation Solutions Ltd and Ellinas Auto Trade UK Ltd.
