Baylis Estates has received planning consent for Jupiter Park, a 56,000 sq ft office park, to be developed on 3-acre site adjacent to the Mall Regional Shopping Centre at Cribbs Causeway.
With 8 two-storey office buildings ranging from 2,000 – 20,000 sq ft, the development will have a focus on sustainability and wellness. It will be planned around a community hub, which will include cycle parking, a trim trail, space for gym and yoga classes, as well as an open community area. The high-quality development will deliver exceptional eco credentials, with an A rated EPC, photovoltaic panels, green roofs, and electric vehicle charging points.
