33 Bristol, the landmark office building recently acquired by Topland, is undergoing a significant refurbishment to provide Grade A office accommodation within a stunning Art Deco building.
Works are well underway, with completion of the refurbishment project due in September 2020, enquiries are already strong for the building with interested parties keen to secure their place in this high profile office- with the penthouse suite already recently completed.
As government restrictions surrounding COVID-19 also start to ease, joint letting agents, Burston Cook, have already secured one new occupier for the building.
The refurbishment of 33 Bristol will provide open plan floor plates, with the penthouse having two roof terraces and full exposed services, on-site car parking, bike storage, shower facilities, electric car charging points, together with a completely reconfigured and remodelled reception area. Suites will be available in the building from 1,600 – 5,000 – 11,000 – 34,000 sq ft – offering complete flexibility for incoming tenants.
