Picture framing business Niche Frames has leased an industrial unit on the Eldonwall Trading Estate in Bristol.
The company has taken a 15 year lease on the 5,335 sq ft of refurbished accommodation within Unit 11. Clipstone Investment Management, acting for the landlord, was advised in the transaction by property consultancy Knight Frank, while Niche Frames was represented by Englewood Commercial.
Bristol-based Niche Frames supplies ready-made and custom-made picture frames for personal and business use and prints photographs, fine art prints, canvases and posters through its retail shop on Zetland Road.
The company is moving its production and storage capacity from Stokes Croft to the Eldonwall premises.
Rhys Jones, Surveyor in the Knight Frank Industrial & Logistics team in Bristol, said: “The landlord has carried out a full refurbishment on the unit. Eldonwall Trading Estate is a popular St Phillips industrial location, with a strong tenant mix, easy access to the A4, M32 and national motorway network, and just two miles from Bristol City Centre. Adjoining occupiers include Eurocell, Euro Carparts and FPS.”
