Caroline Waldron has moved from the Lambert Smith Hampton London office to join its Maidenhead and Slough team at a time when the market there is set for exciting growth. Demand is increasing as a result of Crossrail and WRAtH infrastructure improvements and significant funding announcements will see the area flourish as a business, retail and residential centre.
With five years’ experience in the West London market, Caroline will concentrate on office agency in Maidenhead, Slough and the surrounding area, including acquisitions, lettings and disposals on behalf of both tenants and landlords.
Caroline comments: “I already have strong relationships with a number of clients in the Thames Valley and will look to expand this. I am a networker and communicator and believe in the power of building lasting landlord and tenant relationships within my marketplace. Moving to the Maidenhead office gives me a fantastic opportunity to carve out a niche in an emerging and changing marketplace and I am thrilled to be joining.”
