Cushman & Wakefield has acquired the former Otarain restaurant at 185 Wardour Street, Soho on behalf of Chipotle Mexican Grill.
The landmark site will be Chipotle’s third restaurant in the UK, existing restaurants are located at Charing Cross Road and Baker Street, and forms part of a measured growth strategy in the UK. Chipotle operates over 1,100 restaurants in the United States.

It will be a real asset to the growing restaurant scene in Soho. This site is in a great corner location, ideal for Chipotle’s requirements for quality sites in Central London.”
An undisclosed premium was paid by Chipotle. Otarain were advised by CWM.
